1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "w577", "we", "us", "our" refers to the w577 platform and its operating entity, accessible at w577.club.
• "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, or holds a registered account on the w577 platform.
• "Account" means the personal w577 account created by a User upon successful registration and verification.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers and game sessions conducted through the w577 platform:

• Finality of Results: Game and betting outcomes generated by w577's certified random number generators or provided by third-party live casino and sports data providers are final. Results cannot be challenged on the basis of subjective expectation.
• Insufficient Funds: Wagers may only be placed when your Real Money Balance or active Bonus Balance contains sufficient funds to cover the full stake. Wagers that exceed your available balance will not be accepted.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the w577 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple w577 accounts, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the w577 platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.

8 KYC Verification

12 Account Suspension & Closure

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Bonus Balance will be forfeited. The Real Money Balance, less any amounts owed to w577, will be returned to the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to satisfactory KYC verification.

13 Privacy
